Neighbourhood Pharmacy

I have been a customer since they opened the Lake & Linwell location - has it really been 30 years!? Started taking my mom there. Pharmastist Sandy was amazing, then we met Pharmastist Harry - even friendlier. They were the reasons I brought them my family prescriptions to the store. I have ALWAYS had EXCELLENT customer service! I love the Tech staff. They go above and beyond!! I've always recommended and will continue to recommend Neighbourhood Pharmacy at Lake & Linwell. Always 5 stars in my book! Thank you to all. See you next month!!

Incredibly unprofessional environment. Pharm techs were swearing at each other with raised voices. Seems like a hostile place just to pickup refills.

There is a young blonde girl who works the front counter. She is incredibly rude and condescending to customers. I have been in the clinic next door when she has been dealing with a customer and I was shocked. She defiantly needs an attitude adjustment or to not have direct contact with customers! Maybe there is a job in the back she would be better suited for. I know if it was myself or one of my family members she was speaking to that way, I would be taking my business else where!!

I LOVE this pharmacy. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They always remember my name and greet me with a smile. I have been using this pharmacy a very long time and I can not imagine going anywhere else. Also very fast service :) I would give them a higher rating if I could! And to the person claiming it is an unprofessional environment without giving an example... not once in all my years of coming to the pharmacy have I witnessed anything that would even come close to being considered unprofessional.Thank you guys for all your hard work ♥

Went here when I lived in area. Nice staff, friendly owner. Filled prescriptions relatively quickly and accurately. Answered any questions you may have had. Recommended.

This has been my pharmacy for some time. After shoppers drug mart had filled antibiotics i was allergic to twice, and given me a higher dose of pain meds than was prescribed, I needed a smaller pharmacy that actually cares about customers. Every single staff member has been kind, and gracious, not just the owner and pharmacists, but assistants, counter staff, and delivery are just so kind and considerate. They coordinated with cancer center and hospital pharmacy as well to provide excellent service. If they they run out of something or don't carry what you need, they go above and beyond to accommodate their customers! Im super grateful! I went in to this pharmacy for the first time today as I am from another province. I was dealing with Ally the younger blonde lady. She gave me the best customer experience that I had ever had anywhere, super friendly staff. I just wish that I had a pharmacy like this in alberta. Exceptional customer service I highly recommend.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for 6 years. Its the only pharmacy that you don't have to wait for half an hour for your prescription. The staff and the pharmacist are very pleasant,very helpful in every aspect of your care. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I read a review regarding Alley. I was disappointed with the comments made about her. It's quite obvious that this person dosen't know her at all. She's a great person to deal with. I don't have a bad thing to say about her. This person who wrote this bad review should come here and get good service from a very friendly staff.
