Was sold pillows and not told it was final sale. Cost us over 400 for 2 pillows and they won't even take it back and issue store credit so I can choose one that fits my needs. Still under the 30 day return policy. Will never shop here again and will make sure to tell others about this.

Rae was friendly and professional with no pressure to buy, she had good knowledge of the pillows and mattresses we talked about. I ended up buying a $200 pillow from her that I researched prior, I would definitely buy from her again as well as recommend. Thanks Rae:)

Nice well stocked showroom for all your sleep needs. Pillows galore and so many beds and mattresses for sale at good prices that you will need to lie down and rest a while. Excellent sales help from Sara at a Winnipeg store.

Huge selection of mattresses, large selection of pillows and sheets. You can test all of them, which is very nice for such a long term, expensive investment.The employee (shout out to Roman) was very knowledgeable, and made sure we understood the differences between the pillows and beds, as well as which products gave proper spinal alignment based on our preferred sleeping positions.Free shipping to a fairly large area, good customer service from both the store and shippers.

Never order anything from here, staff is rude when you order something it's always on backorder for at least 4 weeks. They will try and offer you something different with a higher price and no discount. If I could leave a rating it would be zero Stars

It was such great experience, especially with the nice sales person Adam. He was so courteous and helpful. Honestly, this is my first visit and have no idea what would be customer services looks like but i assume very good?

Absolutely rubbish services. We were sold items from McPhillips store by Roman (sales Rep). The total order over $8000 and we were told during purchase that the lifestyle bed comes with a 15% Back in a Sleep Country Promo Card. We were meant to receive that after delivery and nothing else stated.After delivery I had to call the store just to be told that it will be 2-4 weeks (never told that in the beginning at all) but so be it. After the 4th week I called the store again just to be told that I had to register to their portal to be able to claim it. Albeit, did that and the online platform says that the order doesn't qualify for 15% blah blah blah..... Store staff told me to call the customer services, which I did just to be told that it will have to be taken up with the respective store manager now....RUBBISH PLACE and SERVICES, Deserves less than 1 star if possible. Don't even bother going to this franchisee.
