Costco Hearing Aid Centre

Good service, product and price.

I have tried 5 times on 5 different occasions to call the hearing clinic at Langley Costco. Each time I hear the same message. We either busy on the phone or assisting other customers, leave your name and we will call back as soon as possible. Well, they never call back, so lots of luck trying to get an appointment -----What kind of customer service is this?? I even called called customer service, who said they would look into it, and the response was --I was left on a hang up call, no response. Wow, certainly not what I expected from Costco.

This centre is horrible, the scheduled my appointment after 4 weeks then reminded me before four days, when i came to 30 minutes before my appointment they said no it is tomorrow, then the next day they called me an hour before appoitment to postpond, so they wated two days for me. They are not professional and careless about their customers.The worst hearing aid center ever, dont go there.

Just very poor...never answer phone calls and don’t return them...bad customer service

Hugo, the hearing instrument practitioner at Langley location is so nice and patient. He makes sure that my father understand all. He even used his own time to help with placing our order. We are so appreciated his time and great service. The recipient there is supper friendly too. Although, there's a long waiting time for an appointment. It's totally worth the wait. Also, Costco has competitive prices and good warranty plan, I would recommend this place to get the hearing aids.

Kirkland hearing aids working very well. Competitive technology and supporting programs, priced well. Great service, thorough testing with adjustments for COVID safety. A very good experience with continuing support. Thank you Roger and Alice.

My husband purchased hearing aids over two years ago. He's very happy with purchase as well as the after sales service. Quick, friendly staff and free service.
