I asked my mom for my phone to get fixed in their shop. He changed the screen as he said it wasn't working .Unfortunately when the phone was handed to me, the phone was turning off by itself ended up that I could not use it. My mom called the shop why my phone was like that and he hanged up on the phone. We went together and the guy started SCREAMING!!! I told him that we don't know about how phone work, his job is to make sure that my phone get fixed. He was saying ITS NOT MY FAULT" with screaming voice. Come on if you can't fixe the phone better tell the costumer from the very first start so they won't pay. I could say this shop is " INCOMPETENT

Worst customer service in my life. The guy working there basically yelled at me and charged me more than they told me before.And they dont wear masks. Avoid!

Quick repair but not done well. Device broke again a week later. Since for my case it was obvious that it wasn't my fault but OrdiCell's, I asked for a second repair for free. They initially wanted me to pay for it again, so obviously the employee wasn't very happy about it. In the end they did the repair" for free but my device never worked again/never turned back on after getting it back. Disappointing."

Not impressed. I gave them 2 small jobs and they botched both. They promised to call me the next day. They didn't. When I arrived back at the store 3 days later they hadn't even started. The only reasons I give 2 stars is that they were polite and they didn't attempt to charge me for their failures...

They were very helpful in resolving a SIM card issue! Quick, easy, and affordable. I would return for other repair needs.

Do not go in this shop. They can't do the job properly and after they say it's on you. They are quick to take the cash and scrap your device. When they show the work they left a plastic layer on the new screen. They lift it to check the finger print button is ok but did not cli k on the button to open the screen. They knew they failed but hide this..

The worst store I've ever been to, I've been scammed without any conscience, I wanted to repair the display of my phone, they charged me 180 dollars, they told me it will be under warranty for one month.The screen was catastrophic, bad quality, I went back to the store (the next day), the workers told me to talk with the owner (worse service), I went back and forth several days, to catch the owner and at the end he told me that there is no guarantee, and the screen is not the original because the price is low (I didn't ask for a lower price to give me bad quality screen), and he went ``you have to pay 160 more to fix you the original``.He didn't even want to replace my old screen, he told me it would be 120 dollars. no reimbursement no whatsoever.never go there otherwise you will be scammed.
