It was a good experience. I got a really hot and refreshing latte and a tasty chocolate muffin. The place looks tidy and clean, the cashier who brought my orders was friendly and quick. I enjoyed my stay and definitely had a great lattee for my evening. Good job.

Rude lady always at the drive through. I’m a regular at this location, though I hate this location. Several times missing toppings on my sandwich. I bring it to their attention next day just a sorry. Never compensation. Yesterday I ordered 6 chocolate dip donuts. I got 6 chocolate glazed. I showed them a time stamped picture on my phone. They told me they need to be notified same day. This location is terrible. They could’ve resolved this issue with $5 in free donuts and an apology. Instead they get this review and I’ll follow up with corporate.

I have been going to this location since they opened. One morning I placed my order and discovered on route to work, that my coffee had sugar. I could not drink it. I went to eat my breakfast and it had bacon on it, which I asked for no bacon. I could not eat the bagel. The following morning, as per usual, I went through the drive through and placed my order. I advised the person taking my order to ensure that they give me the correct order, because yesterday’s order, I couldn’t drink nor eat. I went to the window to pay and I told the lady about yesterday’s order and to ensure that it’s correct. She serves me mostly every morning and rude but also fake, for her convenience Well, she was so rude and proceeds to say “I am even nice to you.” I said “so that means I should pay for the wrong order?” Funny, she was not rude when I purchased 25 smile cookies and might I add, not even a free.What a shame!!

I visited this place recently.. Very bad service.. I would rate 0 if there is option. I went inside the store for buying a cup of tea, and I have only one customer in front of me. Still I had to wait for 25 minutes. They are only caring about drive through customers and not at all caring about customers inside. I tried to look the name of the associate who gave me a feeling of something I am borrowing from her. Even name tag was missing.. absolutely terrible service...

This continues to be my favourite Tim Hortons location. I’ve been here both in the morning and at night (even past midnight) and it’s a very warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are really nice and actually ask whether you have the points card, unlike a lot of other locations where they would skip/ignore asking or judge you if you prompted that you had points. They are very efficient hard-workers and I commend them for making my day better every time I come here.

Best Tim Hortons in Toronto by far, and it's not even in Toronto! The quality of everything there is excellent, and they always make sure to have a good supply of fresh donuts for the late-night crowd

I ordered a Iced Cap and paid for it at the drive through. I drove away without getting the drink by mistake so I drove around and told them. They didn’t believe me so I opened my bank account and showed them the transaction. They still didn’t give me the drink. Not even 2 minutes had past from the order! I paid for it again because I wanted the drink but the audacity of the worker named COMEL was insane.
