Went in looking for a retirement gift. They were sold out of what I wanted, but the service in assisting me was excellent, caring and professional.

Great customer service by all the ladies at this location. Last month I went in to have my jewelries repaired and to look for a birthday gift. It was a busy day. The ladies did a great job juggling their attention between each customers and taking care to look after my needs. I appreciate it!

This is the best place to buy things especially for Christmas and special occasions and for your own self. I would recommend this place at Georgian Mall to everybody.

Had the best experience in this store - 2 days in a row! Austin is a dream! So helpful and friendly, very knowledgeable and hilarious. I purchased the pear shaped eternity band for my 10th Anniversary and it is to die for. So gorgeous and I am so so happy!

I recently visited this shop to purchase some items for my daughter's birthday. I was served by Austin, who I have to say is extremely knowledgeable about the company products, and he spent the time helping me look for suitable pieces for my daughter. He provided excellent service, was a very nice person to deal with (not to mention very funny) and I would strongly recommend that if you are looking for Swarovski, then you should pay this location a visit.

Everything is fake and over priced. Nothing I’m this store is worth even $10 after purchase. No authenticity!!!!!

I have a metal allergy I am allergic to certian metals like nickel. My husband informed the associate helping him to pick out my Christmas gift and the associate helped him pick out a set of earrings which should not have set my allergy off except for the fact that the fastening the part that goes intothe peircing and comes in contact with me was not rose gold! Something I do not believe anyone would have thought to check prior. I feel as though the associate intentionally mislead my husband in-order to push a more expensive product on to him as the 'rose gold's earrings had to be specially ordered. I am not happy that I can not enjoy my Christmas gift!
