My family and I were searching for an new house and had Todd Garvie represent us. He was very professional, responsive and actually listened to what we wanted/needed He took the initiative to find us a place we would actually love. He was very honest and showed he cared about making sure we found the perfect home. We’ve previously had a terrible experience with the home we are currently living in now and we were under a lot of stress and Todd was always there to listen to us and reassure us that he would help us in the very best he can.
