Great service! I love being able to book online, which is more convenient. The repairman showed up 10 minutes before the appointment time, he was quick and diligent with his work. He cleaned up after he was done, and best of all... he explained to me what happened and how to avoid it in the future. At no time was he condescending like so many repairmen can be. He was friendly, polite, and professional.

Yuri arrived house at a very good time within the time frame proposed at appointment booking. Undertook detailed and reasonable diagnosis of the reason while the fridge and the freezer are not cooling as well as the ice maker not working. Outcome of diagnosis well accepted and presented in a very professional and experienced manner. Will not hesitate to call for service when next similar need arises.

Quick to respond to my request. Arrived within 24 hours to view my temperamental dryer. Unfortunately the parts required to fix my aging dryer where no longer available so it was not fixable. I was advised by the technician of my varying options going forward which I appreciated. The speedy service also greatly appreciated.

Extremely timely service. Immediate response in booking and the technician was able to diagnose and repair my unit within 24 hours. A very efficient and hassle-free experience all around. I hope not to need any such service in the future but would certainly use Maple Leaf again.

We had our oven repair completed by Yuriy. He was professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. The repair was also completed promptly once the part was ordered.The experience was seamless from start to finish. My only concern was the repair was quite expensive for both labour and parts, despite being completed quickly.Overall happy with the service we received and will use Maple Leap Appliance Repair in the future.

We had a wonderful experience. They came in the timeframe provided and were able to get our not cleaning dishwasher to work and clean again! Very happy with the Saturday appointments. Very quick turn around for when I booked to when they could be here! We have 4 kids so you don’t want to be without a dishwasher for long!

Pat, the repairman, came the same day we called for our dishwasher repair. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He had to order a part and returned to install it the same day it came in. We were very happy with his service and highly recommend Maple Leaf Appliance Repair.
