Horrible experience. The POD never arrived, there was zero follow up. Moving is very stressful and we thought we had an idea solution. It ended up being the worst decision we made. This is a first rate fail. If you use them, have a plan B just in case.

Terrible service! Once they have your credit card number they just keep charging regardless if it’s over the quote provided. When you cancel your credit card so they stop charging you, they send you to collections even though they charged you 1200 dollars more than originally quoted. After 12 months of calls and lack of follow up I had no choice but to pay because your name has already sent to collections. Terrible! Do better PODS!

I am disgusted by the service I received from PODS.. Scheduled to get my container back and after at least 6 follow up calls I was notified by my own phone call that the container will be showing up 7:30-10:30 on the same day!!! Which never showed up.. Every time I called to follow up they said it will arrive in 30mins until 4:00pm that they call to tell me they showed up and I missed them!!!! Managers never called when I made a complaint!
