Had testing done in Ottawa not long ago, the young man joked about their Google reviews so i had to take a look. Our family got our results in 24 hours, everyone was super nice, and though i am sure there can be some hiccups from time to time (Covid is crazy and all this is new), i have nothing but nice things to say. Easy, coordinated, and results as promised.Thanks!

Waiting over a week for my results!!! The person conducted my test said it will take 24-48 hours! I need to get on with my life! This is ridiculous

This company is a group that consists of highly trained professional people who are doing an amazing job for our province they are genuinely pleasant and have a very good work ethic I would highly recommend this company to anyone great job guys

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.I went in for COVID testing on a Thursday. They said results within 24 to 48 hours, it has now been over 4 days and still nothing.No results on any site. Theirs or the governments.I have been calling all day, and NOTHING. Not one answer of any of their 9 extensions and left messages.I have emailed and opened their chat function and had NO response with anything I have tried.I am waiting for the test results to get on with my life, but apparently that doesn't matter to this company.When I was registering for the test, they had my Healthcard in front of them, and still got the healthcard number wrong as well as my postal code.I am more than frustrated and even Public Health is not enjoying having to work with them.

GVT Labs came to my children's school - and to my surprise tested me and my husband right on spot. We got our results the next morning. The swab kind of sucks but I guess I can't blame them for that. No charge.

Great services, very clean location, results in 24 hours, non invasive and my kid was not afraid to do it. For me as a parent the most important aspect is that my kid is taking it easy, that there is no pressure around it.
