Rebecca uses a variety of modalities, including, myofascial release, stretching, muscle energy technique, joint manipulation, breath-work, soft-tissue release, and deep tissue work.

I have been working with Rebecca for years now to manage headaches caused my muscle tension, as well as for treatment for running related muscle soreness and injury. She's fantastic! She's easy to work with, always checks in about the pressure and how I'm feeling, and her treatments work well. She's had additional training working on athletes and she's helped keep me together through triathlon and marathon training. I highly recommend her!

I've been treated by Rebecca for 10+ years now! Her professionalism, consistency and efficacy are the top reasons I trust her with treating this weathered body (she's super kind, personable & funny as heck, as extra bonuses). Years of physical work day-in/day-out leaves me with a lot of tense, knotty muscles - Rebecca sorts them out for me during each treatment, using several different modalities (try the cupping!). I always leave our sessions feeling BRAND NEW. Rebecca is top notch - you won't be disappointed with her as your RMT!

Rebecca is a very skilled and knowledgeable RMT. She creates a comfortable and friendly environment while maintaining professionalism. I require a more therapeutic and functional massage and she amazes me every time with her concern and abilities to truly get to the issue and help me regain my mobility, and decrease pain. Not too much to say. Just a very good massage that helped loosen up my back and neck. Would definitely recommend to anyone with chronic muscle pain and stiffness. Also, can't beat the price!

Rebecca is the best RMT I have ever worked with, by far! She is very consultative about what is best for me at each appointment and is incredibly kind and professional. I leave every appointment feeling both relaxed and rejuvenated. My sedentary day job and active running life mean I often suffer from various aches and pains going in, and always feel better when I leave. Her COVID safety protocols are also very high caliber, which means I also feel very safe under her care. Highly recommend!

I have followed Rebecca through 3 different clinics over 4 years. She is an amazing RMT who is patient, kind and welcoming. She got me through my entire pregnancy and is the person that I recommend to all of my friends. Her space is calm and relaxing. She constantly checks in on her patients to see how they are doing throughout the massage and makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I would absolutely recommend Rebecca.
