Melany that does the contact fittings is phenomenal.That optical is great to deal with.

Poor customer service. Did not inform ahead that price for eye exam has increased when I'm paying that's the only time the staff mentioned from $95 it is now $105 which is $10 more than other optical. The staff has poor customer service took time to print the eye exam result seems like she doesn't know what to do and she's grumpy. 0/5 actually but since I can't post this review I have to give 1 star. Don't go here!

My family and I have been buying glasses for many years here and have always enjoyed the experience. The glass frames are always current and in style and priced very reasonable and with lenses the prices are still excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Whenever there was an issue with the glasses we were always able to resolve it. Although there were very few problems to begin with. A membership is required to shop here but you should already understand that as this is a Costco store. We will continue to come here for our glasses as our experience has always been great.

Prices might be good but this place is not family friendly. I took my 3 kids with me because I had to, not because I thought it would be fun. They asked me to leave my 3 young kids outside the room where I could not see them or hear them. She didn’t even let me pull a second chair closer to the door. I kept checking on them. There was more than enough room for them to wait inside with me. I had major anxiety about it which made this visit super stressful for me. The lady in the eye exam didn’t seem to care at all. You need to make this a more family oriented experience.

Amazing service! They replaced my defective frames even though I just asked them to glue a piece back on! Qui was super kind and has superb customer service skills. Thanks for the help and my glasses look and feel amazing, thank you!!

Bad coatings , I got glasses here , after 4 years they got coatings peeled and they refused to fix them .
