I just purchased a TV(50R63G by Hisense) for $480 with tax. The TV did not work, I work with IT I know essentially all protocols when diagnosing and determining issues with software and hardware. The TV was not functioning properly.I went back to the store after speaking to Joe on the phone, I stated my issues with the TV that it was bootlooping, he invited me over to get it changed, new TV works perfectly and was in perfect working condition.Would recommend mainly for TV's the store has good deals and from my experience very good customer support and customer service. The store is a small nook that seems out of place but it's a place I recommend if you want good, and affordable products.

This store is run by crooks who sell you products with no warranty on it and no real invoices. I contacted them 3 days after I bought this item on February 5th to tell them that i wanted to return the iPad because it was the wrong item but they've refused to take it back. This is the only invoice they gave me. Here is proof of the phone call that i made to them in Chateauguay, QC. To be avoided at all cost.

Joe really helped me today! He informed me of what all the available options were for the TV I wanted, he didn’t have to do that for me. I really appreciate it! I left the store knowing way more than when I came in. I would definitely buy here again! Honestly and genuinely thank you to Joe and positive electonique for everything today!

The young hired worker gives excellent service and is professional, but the main store owner was grouchy and gave me a rude response that i did not deserve. He assumed i wasnt going to purchase an item i was asking about, for God knows what reason. So, I went next door where i was appreciated and gave them my money. Next time, treat all customers with kindness and respect, whether young or old, woman or man.

I purchased a TV in November... waited for 2 weeks to get the shipping information. I finally called them to see what was going on and they said this product wasnt available anymore and that i would get a refund. they sent an email to cancel the order, but 2 days later i still didnt have my money back. I emailed them and they said it could take up to 10 days. I thought it was weird but thought id give them the benefit of the doubt..... Its now Mid February. I have sent multiplle emails, called them, texted info to the work cell phone. I still dont have my money back. So bottom line, dont purchase from this company because apparently they are ok with stealing from people.
