My sister applied for a program at Portage college run by Ciot College. She sadly got refused a study permit by embassy. After so much follow up and repeated calls to know the refund status from the college, we do not have the refund in our account long after the time promised by the college to credit refund back to the account( which is ideally 6-8 weeks) . All we are getting on repeated calls is It will take a week or 2 more to get your money" . How is this justified"
