Valleyview Veterinary Clinic

This last week we had to make an appointment to have our Senior dog put to sleep. She was 18 and a half and she suddenly decided that it was her time. We knew that it was an emergency to get an appointment. Valleyview is not our regular vet but they were able to find us a space right away when our normal vet was overbooked and unable to.The staff were great. They were very gentle with our little girl as well as us. This wasn't our first time having to help someone over the bridge but they made sure to explain everything and make things as smooth as possible. Thank you all for all the kindness and care.

We have used 3 other vets before using Valleyview Vet, and we will not be switching! They can always fit us in quite quickly, and explain things really well. The only thing that some MAY not like is seeing a different vet everytime you go, but if you are fine with this it’s great. They are all very professional and helpful.

We had to put a sick cat to sleep. The staff were amazing and very compassionate, they gave us lots of time to say goodbye. In the future I will take my healthy pet there for shots and treatment if necessary.

We had to put our cat Scooby down today, and all of the staff were caring and compassionate. We are thankful for such great care and advice.

Fairly new to this clinic. Our dog had his teeth done and they did a great job. Our next visit was to find out why our dog was having issues in being lethargic. Dr. Fraser using her skills and knowledge as a vet was able to diagnose our dog with an unfortunate mass in his abdomen. She was very compassionate and showed me the issue and the possible outcomes. The valleyview team went to work to get our Rupert into surgery promptly knowing the severity. With a lot of luck coupled with surgical skills he was able to have a new lease on life. If this was not the outcome this review would still have been written about the care, compassion and understanding of the valleyview veterinary team. Highly recommend this team for your pets.

Had to make an emergency appointment. Everyone was kind professional and empathetic. Despite being very busy the vet went above expectations and answered all my questions and took time to make recommendations. Just a top notch job.

Absolutely love Valleyview Vet Clinic. They are so incredibly knowledgeable and they are so friendly. I called for my sick puppy and the lady who answered was really wonderful and talked us through symptoms. The front reception has been so helpful and welcoming. Our vet was amazing, completely put our puppy at ease and so nice. They really care about your pet. We loved the little gift bag and toy for new puppies too, it’s so great. Prices are really reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Cared for our terminally ill baby with gentleness, knowledgeable and professional attitude. Highly recommend this practice especially if your dog requires complex care and diagnostic tests.
