Pleasant Street Diner
We shared the Haddock tips and scallops combo and it was more than enough for us to share. Everything was cooked perfectly and the tartar sauce was excellent. We can't wait to come back when clams are in season. The service was very good as well.

My husband and I took his brother and wife here last night for seafood. They are visiting from Alberta and love seafood. The reviews seemed good so we decided to try it. My sister in law wanted clams but they did not have any at that time. She ordered the seafood platter and they gave her an extra piece of fish and I think extra scallops. I had a salad and the guys had fish and chips. The fish and chips were terrible. Small pieces with way too much batter and the fries were frozen, not homemade. The only thing that actually tasted good were the scallops. So disappointed, I had high expectations. I read the negative reviews after we ate there and they are similar to ours. Owners please read the reviews, make some changes and this would be a wonderful place to eat. We won't be back

Great tasting breaded and grilled fish. We were looking for some seafood options in the area that did not involve deep fried seafood and the grilled haddock served here was a large portion than we've been served elsewhere

This was my first visit to this restaurant and I am very impressed with the quality of the food and the staff. Our server was polite and we had our food in 7 minutes! Excellent meal and you won’t go away hungry!

Always a great choice when you eat here...food is always yummy..large portions... consistently good . friendly staff...good prices...lots of parking.... large menu but not overwhelming...lots of choices.... variety...now with a take window..added bonus for quick pick up. Had a vegetarian club house (breakfast clubhouse) omg it was good and huge..wow . My lunch date had 1 piece fish and chips...very yummy.

Went there at 1 pm on a busy. Waited a few moniutes for a table, and then my order of scaĺlops and fries arrived quickly, and it was good! A generous portion at a reasonable price. Good service. Decent coffee. I will be back.

I'm kind of back and forth on this one. Their burgers used to be really good but now they are smaller and I was given lukewarm fries. Won't be buying this anymore. I was there recently and I thought their Haddock Tips were really good to me. My wife said no John's Lunch makes better tasting ones to her. I can't tell the difference they both taste really good to me. :)

Their service on top of personal and amazing is so quick my head spun. The order was given and back cooked to perfection in a matter of minutes. Even crowded, you can enjoy a good old East Coast vibe with great deco and fun staff

Amazing amazing amazing this is real diner!Food and service and price everything was perfect! Mmm even if i dont like coconut, the coconut cream pie tastes really good too! Fish was fresh, sauce was tasty, salad is amazing. I Will visit here again and tell to all my friends for sure. Thank you!!!!
