Excellent customer service. The manager and his employees go out of their way to help you to get exactly what you want. In my experience, even when they're very busy with long line-ups, they always manage to maintain courtesy and concern.

Came in with a rather complicated cell phone request - Kevin was incredibly helpful & patient while we tried to sort out our end. In the end, he was able to get us exactly what we were after & set us up perfectly. Fantastic customer service, very well done!

I have bought many things from this store, and unfortunately the cheaper items do have a tandency to break. I have not had any experience with the more expensive items sold here.

Reinhold and the rest of the staff are always so helpful at The Source Powell River. I had a serious issue with Virgin the other day that Virgin customer services was unable to resolve, so I went to The Source and Reinhold helped me sort it out - he was fantastic!

I love hanging out with the staff at the source, they are so super friendly, and fun to talk to. They sell lots of cool electronics, but they seem to be getting rid of the best stuff (the DIY kits and such that have been removed from the stores)

The place to go for a smartphone contract. cheapest rates and sign up perks with Virgin Mobile. They have been helpful installing screen protectors. Wish they had more pieces and parts inventory like radio shack did.
