Building made on budget, suppose to be a 2022 construction but there are leaks from the bathroom ceiling, amenities always out of order and random machine noises at 1 am and the building shakes from the construction noise as they are building one more broken tower next to this one.

Build quality is not the same as that at The Pacific by Grosvenor. This one is close to 7-11 with panhandlers and developer was sued by owners of West Pender Place for really bad deficiencies and won! Looks good but wait ..

Great location, close to West End, Yaletown & downtown core. Translink buses & Shuttlebuses give quick access to the entire city & exchange points to Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond & beyond.

Construction noise as usual in violation of city bylaws, especially saturday mornings. What do they care? City won't do anything and police lets them off with a warning the 1 time they actually showed up

Just took possession of my unit and the attention to detail is quite nice. The little things... even down to the sleek modern design of the DRIVEWAY. Picture attached. Impressed with the build quality. Did a deficiency walkthrough prior to handover and found zero problems. As a first time homebuyer, I am happy that this has been headache-free. It's been a patient wait, but well worth it. It's also the tallest residential tower in Downtown and definitely stands out! Grateful.
