Over the years we have gotten a canoe, skis, and lots of other useful outdoor gear. We have never had a single negative experiences. They are always so knowledgeable and friendly!

Eb’s has great products, pricey but good quality. However some of their customer service is mediocre to disappointing. We bought and fully paid for, a set of Rossinol skis and boots, for my husband and I. Due to ‘supply issues’ it took 8+ months to receive them, although they had the money. We bought pricey enough ski poles when we finally picked up our gear, which had special straps that Eb’s service people knew do not fit the mittens we use to survive Sask winters. Yet, when I brought them back requesting a simple exchange to the next size up for the same brand of straps, they would not do it! They demanded that I purchase, at their cost price, a replacement strap for $22 plus tax. To me this is dishonourable. They knew that the straps were problematic when they sold them to me. They had the opportunity to do the right (i.e., honest) thing, but choose not to. This is not honourable business practice and I certainly expect better, particularly of a local, Saskatoonian company.

I’ve rented cross country skis for the past two weekends and had great experiences both times. The customer service, prices, equipment and information given are top notch. I recently looked into buying cross country skis, given that it’s late in the season it’s hard to find equipment. Brennan has been extremely helpful with the process, taking the time to help me find what I need and answering all of my questions! I can’t wait until my skis come in! I've been wanting to get into backpack camping so I went to the store in search of a sleeping mat. I was met by Marcus and he was fantastic. He answered all my questions and showed me different styles and models, and the pros and cons of each. All without overwhelming my rookie knowledge of camping. He also did the same for cookware and water filtration. He was not pushy or trying to sell the most expensive item. He genuinely was there to help and clarify any questions or inquiries I had. The most comfortable experience I've ever had in a store.
