Bad customer service. Sales person, Nancy, seems to be not concerned about the store's reputation. She made me wait at the cash counter while my bag did not make it to the counter yet. Then she completely forgot about me and when I asked her to complete my transaction, she was unaware that I have been waiting. I was standing at the same counter and she couldn't see me? She finally completed my transaction, did not even care to ask my phone number and was strolling around without providing receipt. I had to ask her for the receipt. Very pathetic way to treat a customer!!

they hire people standing at the door, have no facial expression, do not greet customer, and do nothing but chatting happily with his colleague. Great job! I convinced my wife not to buy from this shop!

Purchased a new bag as a gift and when the receiver pulled it out of the packaging, the leather started flaking off as if it was unkept old leather instead of the new nag it was. We contacted customer service and submitted all the information since it was newly purchased recently and they came framing us for misuse and damaging the bag when it hadn't even been used yet. So beware of the quality and they do not stand behind their brand.

Great selection and variety. Went to get some boots and Ian?, I think, is a great staff member. Black Friday was crazy but he was cool, calm and super friendly. -1 star, for the stuff not being the same quality as retail outlets, and I do not like places that don't refund but give you a store credit. Business wise its excellent, keep the money in the shop, customer wise I absolutely dont like it.

I went there on Dec 27, and was about to get some gifts. There’s an Asian lady and I think she speakers mandarin and responsible for the bags section. She completely ignored us when there’s not even one customer in store. She stood and faced the door the whole time to wait for her potential clients. She was rude when we asked for assistance, and she definitely showed her attitude that she didn’t want to deal with us. We didn’t get anything because we couldn’t stand this customer service.
