La Senza

I walked in not knowing my proper size for a bra and a wonderful lady named Olga helped me find some that looked as though they would fit me. Every single bra she picked for me fit me PERFECTLY! I never knew prior to today how a bra should properly fit and wow. I don't think I've ever worn my proper bra size. She was very helpful and kind. I very much appreciate the help and she made finding what I need very easy! I'm very pleased.

If you are buying from America….. BEWARE!!! You’re allowed to buy from them no problem!! But when items don’t fit, us Americans are considered internationals…. “We do not accept returns or exchanges from internationals”. I have purchased for my last time from La Senza!!! So disappointing !!!

**BEWARE SHOPPERS **. There is a rude and pushy older lady working at the Devonshire location. I was shopping there Saturday September 24 around 1:20pm. She asked several times if I need help. She saw me pick up a bra and a panty that didn’t match and said “do you want me to find you the matching one because it doesn’t match” Anytime I said ‘no im good thanks’ she would storm off and watch me from a distance. Not sure her name, but she has blonde curly hair about shoulder length. I believe she was also wearing glasses. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. I was not that much of a frequent shopper with La senza, but I was kind of in need of bras and panties as I am going on a trip . Wish I didn’t give her my commission, but I guess if she was that rude and pushy she probably needed that money more than I did. And of course after once she got my sale she was all smiley and nice. It’s really not worth giving these types of people your sale they should learn their lesson to be nicer with customers. I should have walked out. Hope she learns her lesson in the future. No sales associate should be acting in this manner.

Me and my friend were helped my the worker named Justina and oh my goodness she is such a sweet heart she made our shopping experience so fun!!! Definitely want to come back just because of her! She made it such a comfortable and peaceful environment!

I went in not knowing my size and a lovely worker named Victoria helped me out and made me feel comfortable and safe! I was nervous before going in but she washed all my fears away. :-)

Will not give La Senza Express location my business again. A few minutes ago I was returning an item but before I even shared that information with the staff, a staff member (Older woman, short grey hair) shouted across the store to a young woman to process my return as soon as I approached the counter. The other employee was kind and greeted me at the door on my way in prior to this, but this woman at the counter didn’t even bother to greet me. Instead she shouts across the store rudely. When she gets the other employee over to teach her how to process my return, she says clear as day right in front of my face “I should have went home when I got the chance”. As someone who’s worked in customer service for 10 years now, this woman doesn’t have the slightest clue what it entails and I tell you that with confidence. I don’t care what it is, bad day, bad week, you do not treat paying customers like that even if you’re processing a return. This is the first item I’ve ever returned to the company after purchasing from La Senza and their off-brands for years. Do better, if you’re miserable and don’t want to deal with customers, then I suggest entering into a different line of work.

I went to La Senza Express at Devonshire Mall to buy a gift for my wife. Diana helped me find what I was looking for and her customer service was above and beyond. Thanks, again.

Workers were incredibly rude because i wanted to exchange my purchase for a bigger size

I went to the Express store. Roxana did a fantastic job helping me find bras in my size and got exactly what I needed. Thanks a million!

Thry have great assistance however most of the time they don't have my size or they don't fit properly. Plus the bra wear out easily over time.
