Brighter Cleaning Services did a great job. What I was most impressed was that they were able to send someone out to clean my rental unit within 24 hours of me inquiring about their services. The price was reasonable and their cleaning was top notch.Thank you to Alexandra for doing such a great job!

These guys do a great job! I needed to find a cleaning company for the office I work at, and Brighter Cleaning gave me the best rate. They were also very accommodating to my needs. Nancy has done a fabulous job, very detail-oriented and willing to spoil any of my requests. Patrice, the manager, is very easy to communicate with and does his best to help. I even hired them for my own apartment to do some deep carpet cleaning. Highly recommended, 10/10!

Courteous, prompt, outstanding cleaning. They really helped her in cleaning my condo after my renter to have it ready to rent again. They did an outstanding job on the balcony that was attached to the condo. Very impressed with his company and would highly recommend.

Richard did a good job on my carpet! He listened to what I’m concerned as a client regarding my carpet . He’s really diligent in getting rid of the stains . He seems well experienced guy! Unfortunately when I paid it didn’t have an option for tips and I didn’t have cash on hand. I felt bad . So I just gave him a pop and 2 slices of pizza. Since it’s my sons birthday. Maybe the company includes the tip upon invoicing next time . It’s no harm to include for your workers deserve it . Gina

I am very unimpressed with both the lack of professionalism and miscommunication of this company. I strongly do not recommend using them. I booked a clean for Sunday at 10am. At 10am the cleanser called and said he would be running a few hours late. Then at 1230pm he said he wouldn't be able to come in that day and would have to reschedule. They wasted 3 hours of my morning that day.On Monday when they did arrive, they showed up 25 minutes late (without any prior notice). I was specific in my requests that it was go be mainly a kitchen and bathroom clean. I was surprised to see they sent two cleaners instead of one, which at no point they mentioned they would be doing. I also told the girls I did not want them entering the bedroom and den, which unfortunately they did. They cleaned for a total for 1h 10m and at which point they told me they were all done. When I went to send payment Patrick told me there is a minimum of 2 hours per cleaner and then charged me for four hours of total cleaning. The minimums were not brought up before or communicated at any point. They charged 4 hours for 2h20m of work. Had they communicated effectively I would have either asked for just one cleaner or utilized four hours of cleaning. They acknowledged their mistake, and offered a refund". When I said to only return the portion of cleaning time that wasn't used. They said their minimum is $140 and they wouldn't. Absolute joke of a company and I wouldn't recommend. Avoid this company."

The professionals were amazing! Dave and Patrick did a wonderful job! They’ve accomplished the goal within the budgeted hours and the results were better than what I’ve expected. I uploaded some before and after photos. I’ll hire Brighter cleaning services again for sure!
