By far the best spa I have come across - researched quite a few top brands in the 5 figures range even - but only this one provided so many options - at almost 8' wide - even seats my 300 lbs buddy comfortably. Very silent with 3 pumps running!! With real 120 jets - no muscle in my body can complain of being left out. Fantastic Stereo sound with 4 speakers and does not cool down when I turn on the blower. (has built-in heater on the blower). Came with step, cover and cover lifter. All was needed was electrical hook-up and base prep. My kids love the waterfall and the pop up fountain and central volcano jet. Great ambiance with the color changing lights. Great Spa.

I bought my hot tub from Jay (Owner) back in 2008. His price was by far the best deal I could find at the time. Jay was very knowledgeable and accomodating. I've had to call Jay a few times since 2008 for a couple of trouble shooting issue (heating element failed after 12 years, can't complain at that) and Jay was a huge help with troubleshooting over the phone. I would highly recommend giving Jay a call for either purchase or service.....you won't be disappointed.
