Experience less about the place and more about the workers. Terrible accountability. Poor work ethic. Two days in a row, same person, cancellation. When you have an invalid parent who needs daily health care and routine, yet cannot rely on a group of trained individuals..it becomes a bad experience. A job is a job, a time is a time. It feels like some of the workers here do not have any respect for the time of the elderly and aging.

I felt so excited to do this as compassionate care as I am not a psw. They need to be more organized i really feel that’s why a high turn over of employees. No one calls to see how things are going. I wasn’t going to do psw work for minimum pay and the fact that’s not what I wanted to do in first place. When you do call they are so busy no one gets back to you or emails get lost in with other emails. You basically get work sent by app like example Monday 12-2 and a little of what task it could be and you choose to accept or decline. I saw one client and when leaving she explained next visit I would be bathing her. I was not trained or comfortable doing this and therefore I after them making me feel bad about speaking up they said ok to passing and finding someone else for her. Well I was never getting compassionate care or home care , just was always personal care like (bathing, dressing, etc) then hey just stopped sending anything. Would not recommend working here as poorly managed.

If you can afford private healthcare or if your insurance covers it I highly recommend it over their services. Countless times we were given misinformation, there were multiple scheduling issues, and never had any consistency with the nurses that came which resulted in products never being ordered even when they told us they had. To top it all off after my mother had passed, the nurse had said that they would be contacting us the next day to pick up all the supplies, and yet two days later we are still staring at an empty hospital bed. I can’t believe how they treat families! How are we supposed to start healing when we are forced to look at the bed my late mother was lying in? Seriously hope they show other families more compassion than they showed us!

Bayshore is great place to work, flexible hours and very understanding about schedule changes and always there to support you!

Horrible. They had 4 weeks to schedule the visits but the PSW did not show and when I called to complain the person was horribly rude. They never called to follow up regarding my complaint.

Got hired on Feb 16,2022 and they asked me to get TB test done and get Vulnerable sector check record. I submitted the receipts for the same the next day(Feb 17,2022) and signed the offer letter. H.R called me on Feb 17 around 6.15PM to say that, they don't have the position anymore. I said it is ok and I just want a reimbursement for the money( $93.29) that I have paid for the test and the vulnerable sector check record and H.R said it is not in their policy to reimburse somebody if I don't complete certain amount of working hours. Absolutely ridiculous experience with them!

Absolute poor excuse of home care service. If your insurance covers private care, I recommend you using that or any other service over Bayshore. Such a lack of follow through with the nursing staff when they said they’d order certain items now also that’s if they decided to show up and not cancel on you ever other day. Terrible service!

Working at Bayshore is great, able to work with many great clients. The staff at Bayshore are always so helpful and supportive, they certainly make you feel heard.
