Best gym for group classes ! The coaches that teach the classes are amazing and actually take the time to put everything down. Laura is by far an amazing coach , i recommend to take atleast her power cardio classes . very intense and you see the results . She really puts her time to helping us and showing us the routine as it is . She really motivates me .

The gym etiquette is horrible.More than half of the time I want to use a bar, a bench, whatever I have to re-rack someone's weights.Management does nothing besides put up signs telling you to put them away, but no one has the courtesy to do so, and it is not enforced.Good gym though and not super packed, 3 stars is merited.

I like my two nearest clubs in Saint-Jerome and Blainville. I used to go mostly for the group classes. But…. They are going to close group programs in Blainville…and it’s so sad…. There are some amazing classes that we won’t see in Saint-Jerome because the same hours are already booked…

This gym is one to stay away from. Too many useless machines, weights are laying around, a lot of young kids just hanging around machines not even working out and just overall way too packed sometimes to do anything. I just went to the gym at 10pm and had to turn around and go home cause there was no space to workout. There’s just not enough equipment to service the amount of ppl that come in and it’s not convenient. Definitely want to cancel my membership, this gym is for children.
