Staff are always really friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Has an extensive range of carpet, LVT, lino laminate, and more we never use any other flooring provider than here plusnits family owned so you always feel like you're getting a better service than some of the chain companies too.

Purchased 17 boxes of laminate flooring and not only was he able to match another competitors price, was able to offer next day delivery. Even threw in a matching length of edging bar for around my hearth.Note to anyone thinking of shopping at carpetright, I saved over £300 by buying the same product from Mulgrave!

Ordered a carpet I July for my 84 year old mum and it’s still hasn’t been fitted 3 months later with no acknowledgement or apology. I would not advise anyone to use this shop for a service. Customer service Is rubbish. Do not use this shop
