T-Bay Movers

T-Bay Movers were booked for a pack and local move. This move was to take place on April 19 of 2017. Yes this was a number of years ago but due to anger I was not willing to make a comment I might have regretted. To make a very long story short. This company was a no show with no notification. A mad scramble to find last minute help for the move resulted in extra costs, damaged items due to having to rush once help was obtained. Mr. Kuhne, the president of the company did nothing to try and make any of this right. I absolutely dread anytime a delivery comes from a local business and T-Bay movers is the delivery company. Beware of this company, we do not consider them trustworthy.

Showed up on-time. Took the time to take heavy objects apart (and put them back together in the new house) to make it safer and easier. Friendly, and respectful when asked to remove their shoes. No hassle, had everything moved in a few hours with nothing chipped or broken.

Ben and Andrew went above and beyond the call. They were professional, consciences and worked very hardI used then once before and this is the second time and they are awesome. Kudos guys. Thanks for a fantastic job done

The service and price was outstanding from the first phone call, a great quote to the movers coming on time and delivering my furniture efficiently. It was great to hear employees talk about their company and employer with pride which in turn produces great customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Update: Their customer service department offered me a full refund + 100$. Review boosted from 1/5 to 5/5.Ordered boxes online from the company. Company has a 24 hour guaranteed delivery policy. After 24 hours of no boxes, I call the company, only for them to tell me that they have no boxes and they will take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Was not offered any discount, or phone call.

T-Bay Movers moved my piano, and did a fantastic job....I couldn't have been happier. The owner was very clear and their rates are very fair and reasonable.....the guys were so nice and easygoing, and had my piano out and in so quick and smoothly.....outstanding!:)

After having them move my house to a storage unit they had gone through my boxes and took iPods tablets etc. Many records and memorabilia. Fridge and stove also MIA. Would recommend keeping a close eye on these guys. Hopefully the people on that job don't work there anymore.

Tbay movers are so courteous and very professional. We had to move on short notice right from the first call to the very day of moving the guys put as ease and they worked so hard. We had purchased a couple of big appliances from STORE B, and they use this company as their deliverer. We were told a delivery of one week (arrival on Tuesday at the house), there was no call or notice. We called T Bay movers, and we dont exist in the system. We go to the store they say we are in system but cant deliver till next day. (so now a day late from agreed arrival time.) So next day we have to repeat call T Bay phone number to finally get a response for them to say they will show up in evening. NO SHOW NO CALL NO RETURN CALL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is now already to next day (so third day past expected/promised delivery) AND STILL NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO NOTICE ABOUT OUR DELIVERY. I would say, very poor customer service and in my opinion not very professional conduct. A bigger name Store should use a better quality moving/delivery company to represent them as this company does not preform or provide service of any as of yet........ STILL WAITING FOR MY STUFF. Do not recommend them.

Showed up on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Moved my daughter’s piano very efficiently even though it was in a very difficult location! Very fair price, wonderful experience from start to finish! I cannot thank them enough, I have a very happy little girl thanks to the guys there!
