Mr. Soh was very knowledgeable and helpful. My laptop was in bad shape and he only charged me for the labour of taking a look into whether or not he could fix it. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your Apple or PC products! He is reasonably priced, kind, and helpful.

Used TriCity Computers many times with multiple systems. Recently rescued me from my own stupidity. Lol. Got me a new system install with correct drives on my dell laptop within 2 hours on a Friday. Why risk it by going anywhere else?!

My daughter's laptop began making a strange whirling noise, followed by an alarming cooling fan error message. I looked up computer repair services, and based on the positive reviews, I decided to give TriCity Computers a shot.What a fantastic decision that was! I called them up, and Enric on the other end was extremely helpful, suggesting that I bring the laptop. I dropped off the laptop and within an hour, Enric called me back to say the issue was just dust buildup and that there was no need for a new cooling fan. After agreeing to have the laptop cleaned, it's now operating great. Would recommend and based on the service have already brought my husband tower down for a cleaning as well. Great service and reasonably priced.

After a long search and based on the reviews, I've decided to give it a shot with TriCity Computers for my almost died-out" MBP. Apple surely gives free diagnostics and OS installation/update/backups etc

I work from home and my laptop wouldn't reboot. Every self help website said to do something different so I took it to TriCity for help.Turns out it was the harddrive was corrupted. They said it would be ready in a few hours, but it only took and hour to fix and they even cleaned it. Now it's working better than ever!Their office space was easy to find, clean and organized.I would definitely recommend this company!

PC was having trouble kept crashing and Enric fixed it in a hour no problems very professional and helpful.

Taking your computer to anyone other than Enric would be a mistake! His customer service is exceptional & his honesty & clarity are much appreciated. I will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for computer work. If you're not in the TriCity area, this location is well worth the drive if you want cost effective, great work.

this little shop is easily missed but STOP. If you need any computer work done this guy is the man to see. His knowledge is great he is so helpful and fast. Had a hard drive issue he diagnosed and repaired in 2 days unlike the big box stores who leave you waiting for weeks. If just need a tune up or full system upgrade this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable and he's super friendly and very polite.
