I’ve always had really good experiences with bringing bikes for simple tune ups here. Turn around time is significantly quicker than other places in the area, I think due to the only entrance being through the mall. If you are ok with that and need quick service, give them a shot

Not a pleasant experience, Me and my family were followed by a worker thought out the store due to us being indigenous creatures. There were a dozen other customers in the establishment with us but we were the only individuals to be fallowed. We felt insulted and purchased our items and left immediately. The worker that was fallowing us immediately went into the back after we left. Would not recommend shopping if ur indigenous.

Sydney was so amazing and knowledgeable. After walking around the mall finding no one who knows about shoes I am glad I found Sydney who was able to just look at my feet, ask some questions and find me the PERFECT shoes. I will be making sure I only shop at this Sportchek from now on!

My review is for Colin. I was at this location trying to pick shoes and a soccer ball for my son. It took forever to get any help in the shoe department but it was a welcome surprise to be helped by Colin, when picking the soccer ball! The store was decently busy, but he was thorough, attentive, informative, and very kind to us and especially my son. It was refreshing to finally be helped at a retail store, when most employees across the board at most stores these days have very little customer service skills. Colin you are awesome and I hope you are valued at this job, because you are awesome.

My experience with Sport Chek has always been good. This location is very modern and the ambiance is just right. It’s a good size with good selection of clothing and sporting products. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well lit and clean. Since it is a chain store I always try to see if the stores are consistent in their products and service and I have found that to be so. I will continue to come here and at other locations as the experience is always good.

Tim made our day! He is so professional and helpful and full of patience with us! We went to couple of different sportchek locations but we didn’t get what we want. Another guy at chinook told us no step on boots no binding but Tim FOUND IT! Finally Tim is the only person who helped us to find all of our ski gear with great deal!

Shirley made all the difference. She knew her products, asked me all the relevant questions, and found the ideal shoe for me. She was working hard, helping multiple customers. What a refreshing change from all the other athletic shoe shops in the mall. This was a standout experience. I hope her boss reads this, she deserves some recognition.

Brought my skate in to get them sharpened got a flat bottom V done to the way I like it. When I went to use my skates the one skate was more dull then when I had taken them in. I called the next day asking them to fix it which they agreed to which was nice. However the tech who did the skates the day before I could over hear saying it must have been something I did to the skate not the machine or him. Didn’t like being blamed for a mistake they made or the machine. The skate stayed with covers on from the time I picked them up, put them in my bag and went to the rink that night. I could tell something was wrong the second I step foot on the ice as my left skate had no edges. This is the second time this has happened first time they fixed no problem. But the second time they blamed me, they didn’t think I was listening but I was right there hearing them say it was something I did.Update: so used my skates for the first time after resharpening again and same issue. They did a 3/8 and the right skate was sharper left was not the skates never left my bag till I used them and had guards on the whole time. Never taking my skates there again.

Sport Chek men's store had a lot of shoe collections. The customer service from each one of the staff is excellent! I had a Saucony running shoe where the padding from the left shoe started to wear off within 3 months. I didn't have a receipt. But the Store manager helped look up the receipt using the credit card. He helped exchange the shoe even after the return period. I will never forget the help extended to me by that great person and I'd never buy a Saucony.
