Shout out to Jasmine from the Dawson Creek branch, this lady is lovely! Moved here from Ireland in the early part of the year, and went to Telus for our tech and Internet needs, she has always been so helpful. Today she helped us finally sort out our billing issues with Telus. We moved a couple of months ago and were being double billed for our new residence and our old one. Thought this had been sorted a month ago with a credit to come on our November bill. Turns out it wasn't! I was so frustrated with this as I had put the cancellation/transfer of services in for late August. And sorted it out in October(I thought) After a very long call (2 hrs!) to Jenine in loyalty services, finally sorted it out. Will know for sure next billing cycle, but kudos to Jasmine for walking me through this and fighting the charges on our behalf!! Thanks Jasmine!

Went in to switch cell phone providers. The agent I dpoke with was more than helpful and we got everything sorted out in regards of rate plan, keeping my number and current phone for the time being. So far no issues with Telus as a mobile carrier, I had them previously for home services and had very good service.

Wow what a place that has gone downhill. My husband had to wait to even get help until some random guy came over. My husband went there and they literally told him that he chose a stupid phone and its his fault their is problems. They didn't verify him or log into his account. If they did they would see he has smart phone care which at this location they are to send them out and Samsung. And Samsung decides on what the condition is and what happens. Tristan needs to be looked into as he is unprofessional and does not even help customersHe also was rude and didn't help someone with their apple phone as he thought it was a waste of time. People come here for help with their phones before, during and after purchases. I am seriously offended as a past employee and a current member. I will be removing all my services i have when I can as this is been happening for over a year now and nothing seems to be done.

I had some problems with my telus account and they owed me quite a lot of money and the staff here were so helpful in getting me the credit!! I am so appreciative. They were so friendly and lovely to deal with and didn't stop making calls until the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service.

Came in told them I'm willing to switch from bell to Telus and would like to be a client. The larger woman in the back offered absolutely NOTHING lacked any sort of sales knowledge and literally just reading off an iPad. Ok lady I'll stay with Bell and have them find me a phone! Thanks for nothing (:

Recently, I had a poor experience here, some miscommunication in regards to an iPad I was trying to gift to my daughter for Christmas.I came in on Christmas Eve, having believed I'd purchased products for a defunct iPad, asking for a refund.I was unreasonable and heated, but the representative who helped me, Destiny, calmly processed the refunds.Rather than send me on my way (which I would've deserved), Destiny offered to help me solve the problem with my iPad.Within minutes, Destiny found a solution, helped me set up the iPad properly, and I purchased back the products she had just refunded for me.Nothing makes a business stand out more than resolving mistakes, but to go the extra mile for me on Christmas Eve and make sure my daughter gets her iPad tomorrow was more than I could've expected.I highly recommend Destiny from Custom Cellular. She is extremely knowledgeable, polite, patient, de-escalating and went above and beyond for me. Best experience I've ever had with a phone/tablet dealer.

Came in today to look at a new phone at the dawson creek store, ended up having to leave to my vehicle to warm up as it was unbelievably cold inside, you would think there furnace would be set to a higher temp as it’s almost -30 outside, I couldn’t imagine being one of the very cold and uncomfortable looking employees who work here. Was so cold I couldn’t focus and ended up leaving, only two stars cause the employees are always very helpful and this issue didn’t seem to be in their control. Hope this issue can be solved ASAP as I would like to keep my business here.

I would give zero stars if I could since they give zero f*%ks about customers. Called 4 times. Left 4 messages. No response. My son went in 3 times they wouldnt help him. Had to get my son to send his phone home I took care of it here and send it back to him up there. Absolute bs. What should have been a quick and simple exchange on a brand new defective phone turned into this.
