1st time using. Surprised how quick and easy it was to use. Cost 4.99 for a basic key. 5.99 for a design.

Quick, cheap and awesome. It is a scan and cut type, so it won't damage your original key! Also, the result is so smooth. I love it.

I welcome our robot overlords. My experience with this kiosk was excellent. Very easy to use, it even gave me an offer for a free key. I made 2 different keys and my entire encounter was no more than 8 minutes. 10/10 would recommend this robot to cut your keys.

Great, fast, reliable!The only thing was I needed 2 different keys, I'd have benefit from having the 3rd one free if it allowed for scanning multiple keys. Loved it :)

Love the convenience and price. The keys worked perfectly. I wish the “but two, get third free” also applied to 3 separate keys and not just the same key.

I made three copies of my key. The same key is used to lock/unlock three separate entrance doors, but the copied keys only work on two of the doors, they fit into the lock of the third door but I couldn't turn the key at all. I tried at different times and still it wouldn't work. The original key works on all three doors.The key scanning process can also be improved. At first the machine wasn't able to scan my key, after several attempts, I tried pushing the key in harder and it scanned properly. Instead of a vague message about the key cannot be scanned, the message can suggest checking that the key is fully inserted into the slot.It would also be nice if the price is listed on the website. I searched through the site and couldn't find anything, it was only until I got to the machine that I knew how much the cost would be.

The machine wasn't working. I wanted to pay it with my credit or debit card and anything wasn't working. Staff from Walmart couldn't help because they don't know how it works. They just told me to call the number on the machine and of course during the weekend offices are closed. I do not recommend it! You gonna spent your time just waiting and in the end nothing.

It was a nice experience although I wish there are more options for the key designs because when I tried to choose the design that I like there is no option to choose it and I settled for the options that is available on the screen, I ended up with what the screen shows.

This machine is very accurate, fast, and inexpensive service. Approximately $11 for 3 keys. If you make 2 you get 1 free. There are lots of options for custom design keys. However I just got the plain ones. Worked like a charm.
