The Purcell team has been lovely to work with—they were super patient with us as we asked a million questions and calculated the numbers to determine if refinancing our condo would save us money on our mortgage (Rate-and-term refinancing) and sure enough, all the effort paid off for us. We will 100% be using them as we look to purchase a new house in 2023.
