Rush Courier

I dont appreciate that they left the garbage from the delivery notice sticker on the ground by my door. Rude.

To be fair...the two negative reviews on here are from people looking for DHL/LOOMIS parcels. Although RUSH is still listed on google as the agents for DHL (they were for 25 years) they have not been the DHL agents since 2009. Probably one of the best courier companies in Brandon, your not around for 30 years if you're not.

Ordered over $160 dollars of items and paid $32 for duties and courier only for this company not to deliver the items for over a week once they arrived. DHL confirmed this company is the ground provider. They changed the option from delivery to pickup didn’t know for three days. I Tried to call to pick up the items and got no answer. Then get a notice that the items were delivered. Where ? To whom? Found out apparently in a lobby??? I left explicit notes , I work from home just buzz my number, call either phone line, I can let you in. No call whatsoever! Guess what no package!!! I’m being told due to COVID packages won’t be delivered to the door. BS, Amazon and Canada post are still delivering to the door and it says right on the website delivery is still in effect. Still don’t know what happened to the package. So almost $200 down the drain. What is happening here?

Very fast in delivery

I called looking for a Loomis package, but Loomis has neglected to update their Brandon information online for 2.5 years and Rush is not the correct endpoint service. The gentleman on the phone at Rush was super helpful with proving his best knowledge of a phone number to try, and where the shipping endpoint might actually be.If you're a customer seeking a DHL or Loomis parcel, there's a horrible sketchy warehouse east of the Peterbilt place on the North Hill (1601 Moreland) that seems to be operated by DeliveryForce out of Saskatoon. It looks condemned and is staffed by a despondent young man from India whose demeanour makes one wonder if his life is owned by a crime ring (description entirely mine, not anyone else's; why, yes, I have been there once before). He's quite helpful and appears to be much too good for that place. I have no idea why he's there, but it seems he's still alive in that warehouse, as his voice was on the answering machine at the number Rush provided. I guess the hypothetical crime lords and actual rotten stairs haven't gotten him yet.We'll see if I can track down my package there with the assist from Rush. Thank you for taking time out of your day.

Ray was amazing in his tireless efforts to help get my lost luggage from the Brandon Airport to the rural location where I was spending Christmas. He went above and beyond to help me! He always returned my calls; he was so helpful and understanding! He took the time to keep me informed of details; given how busy he was and is, he did not have to take that extra time! This is a huge shout out to you Ray and Rush Courier!

Very good service! Friendly & reliable drivers. They deliver for my local & rural deliveries. Whenever you can people, deal with local companies not corporate delivery companies!

Horrible service says they made delivery attempt however I was home all day and no-one came to my door when I called it took over an hour on hold before I was able to talk to a real person and they hung up on me after saying they would transfer me to another department because they couldn't help.

This place is a joke. They say they have made delivery attempts but clearly do not. They have yet to leave a delivery notice. Avoid this horrible company. Use purolator or even Canada post if at all possible. Dhl and Loomis are horrible.
