Aritzia

this is probably my least favourite aritzia location in ottawa but it's the easiest to get to. The stock is usually okay, but the customer service is non-existent. Sometimes they're nice enough but I find they'll just ignore you until it's convenient. The girl when I went in was nice enough and let me exchange an item after the 14 days that sale items have, but overall the service here doesn't make for a great shopping experience.

to Aritzia, put locks on your change rooms the curtains don’t even close all the way, and also put mirrors in changing rooms so I don’t have to walk out and look in the mirror without my purse protected and guys sitting EVERYWHERE IN THE CHANGE ROOM!? First time shopping at aritzia and definitely the last I didn’t even buy anything. I am disgusted, you make women get out of the change rooms while men are everywhere. No protection at all to even lock a door. Curtains again don’t close all the way either and if I really needed protection a damn curtain won’t do anything.

I really like the clothing from the different lines Aritzia carries, but it's too bad that their customer service is astoundingly awful. I ordered a dress from this location to be sent to my house, since the size/colour wasn't available in-store. I get my package in the mail, only to find out they sent me a completely different item! When I tried to exchange it in-store, the girl working said she couldn't do anything because it wasn't the correct item! To add insult to injury, she insinuated that I was trying to defraud the company by bringing in a different item!I was told to reach out to customer support, who took almost a week to get back to me, and at that point, the item was already sold out. I have been a long time customer at Aritzia, and I am deeply disappointed in my experience here.

DISCOUNT ITEMS!!!!!As soon as I laid my eyes on their famous cloud puff in the store, one of their girls approached me and helped me. After finding out my desired size and colour was out of stock, she started to tap things on her screen in order to order it for me online. I told her I can order it by myself later, but she didn't stop tapping and told me it will be faster if she ordered it for me. I felt it was kind of pushy as I didn't even have a chance to try it on before buying it, but I figured I can always do returns if it arrived not fitting, so I said OK.But she didn't tell me their rigid return policy. All discounted items, even it is only two bucks discount, they don't refund after purchase. They will only do store credits. And that jacket I bought is with a 10% discount. So when I received my jacket and it ran way too large, and it was already the smallest size they had, I had a really hard time to return it.I called the company, and told them the story, but they were pretty firm and will only do store credits. Then I called the store and told them what happened, fortunately the girl Alicia who answered the phone listened. Thanks to her I could eventually make the return and get the refund. All the four stars go to the helpful employees in the store.I hope those girls could carefully explain their return policy to the customers when they offer to order for them online, instead of closing the deal in a hurry without telling this very rigid and special policy. I was supposed to go back again and again as I really like their style, but now I will think twice before I buy anything from them again because of this terrible return policy and my not-so-happy shopping experience, .

I typically avoid walking in this store as I don’t enjoy the negative energy set out by the staff. Yesterday I surprisingly stopped in and was served by Ymai. The best employee that has ever helped me. She was happy, encouraging, motivating and most importantly a true stylist. She went above and beyond and I can’t wait to have her as a personal shopper! Thanks Ymai!

The girls who work at this store are flat out mean. I am scared to enter this store because of how badly I know I’ll be treated. It’s amazing to me how this level of customer service is acceptable - please do better and remember your job is customer service and helping people. If you need good customer service reach out online.

If you prefer quality over quantity, this is your brand and store.High quality winter coats for young ladies and elegant pieces for the working professional. I find their clothing looks and ladies in my life tell me it feels good after many months of wearing them, unlike the fast fashion brands which don't look the same after 1 or 2 washes.The ladies at this store are attentive and genuinely interested in helping customers. They helped me exchange a jacket I bought at aritzia.com for a smaller one. They didn't have it in the store so they took the big one and shipped the smaller one to my house. Charlotte was particularly helpful and had great advice to offer.The store design is appealing and welcoming.

The girls at this aritzia, are a lot nicer than at other locations. Very easy going and helpful. I bought shorts on sale and I came back an hour later asking to swap with a different size and even though its against their rules they swapped for me. I really appreciated that and I would always choose this location over the one downtown.

i never shop in person at aritzia because the customer service is usually 1/10, but everyone who works at bayshore is very nice. especially rohail who helped me with an exchange, such a sweetheart :)

The stock ok this store is - bad.I was willing to buy six things but none of them were available in my size. I couldn’t even find leggings over medium!90% of their stock is XXS-S. Which tells me that while they have larger sizes - they don’t want us wearing their clothes they’re not *really* for us.Message received Aritizia.
