The store for the most part is what you’d expect but you have to shop with your eye on the price tag - as there appears to be some blatant price gouging. And service is good for most part but meat shop could use an upgrade.This store’s meat shop is interesting. I recall buying a large piece and asking the folks at the counter if they could help cut - but was refused as they are not a “meat shop”.Interestingly their pricing is higher than even a meat shop!2 little steaks for $50! Over a $100/lb!!Inflation much?!

Great place to shop not only for your food needs but there is so much more to offer...housewares, home decor, clothing for the whole family and seasonal items. I also love when their Garden Centre is open...so many great options for both perennials and annuals...including a selection of native plants which are beneficial to nature and all are well priced.

Prices are going sky high a container of raspberries was 8.99. Took back a 3 pack of peppers that had gone moldy.

All the time my one favourite store of grocery in the city. Amazing environment, helpful and kind employees. If I got any obstacles in the store. The store manager always there to help out for customer. I suggest this store to senior citizens too. It looks always neat and clean and you can get fresh produce things. I will highly recommended this store to all readers and neighbourhoods who lives close by this Real Canadian Superstore

Stood in check out line for 19 minutes. Got to check out and put all items on conveyor as cashier completed another customers transaction.Cashier then told me she was closing and that I should go to another cashier. I told her that since she did not adviser of that before I put my groceries on the check out area she should complete my order. She told me that I would have to put items back in the cart and go to another cashier.I then told her that I am not doing that and if that's the way this store wants to treat their customers I am never shopping there again and left the store and all the groceries on the check outIt would appear that customers are being forced to use self checkout as there are only a few cashiers open even when the store is busy. You have lost a loyal customer.

Nice Store in Ajax. Right off Kingston road, it's easily accessible and in central of Ajax near 401 as well. The store itself is quite good and was stocked well. All sections seemed to be well managed and accessible.We were able to find all the items we were looking for. It was clean inside the store. The Joe fresh collection was also quite good. They also have lot of dress on sale.Like the store and would recommend.

Nice, clean and well maintained location. Always have there stock stacked and filled up.Shops here frequently every week for grocery. Very friendly staff when needed help or return stuff.This location quite often have promotions and deals to look out for. Wine and Beer selection are nice and stocked.

I've been going to this location for quite some time now and I must say that this used to be their one of the best location in terms of service, but I've been seeing it deteriorating over the time and my recent experience was bad in terms of the service received at the cash register. The staff was not friendly at all, may be she was having a bad day or something but there was no smile, no greetings, no gesture of friendliness but rather she was kind of rude. I asked several times to give me the bags, but she kind of ignored even my wife asked her to give us the bag (they charge and we don't mind paying), but I donno what was wrong. Lastly, I bought the snow salt which was priced at 4.99 (check the images) and despite me telling her abt the price, she insisted that it is 6.99 and I paid, but then later I went outside to take the pictures (attached) and go to customer service where the gentleman at the counter was very nice & kind and he helped me. This is frequently happening that their service is getting worst so I'd like their management to look into it.
