No butter, salt or pepper given with my soup and bun again. Makes a pretty bland on the go meal. Also have had issues with them serving me sugar instead of sweetener in my tea. Not a good situation for a diabetic.

It's the closest Tim's to me, so that's where I go. The drive thru service is only getting worse. Repeat my order at least 3 times, everytime, just a coffee.And 3/4 of the time, it's still wrong.And no, I'm not reaching out to the link you'll provide. You're reading and responding to this, so do something about your staff.

Stop for a coffee and donut. Long line that was a bit slow and they didn’t have my order in the system when I got to the window. It was corrected fairly quickly and then I was on the way. Coffee and donuts were done correctly and tasted great.

We stopped here for a coffee and and I also had a Bagel belt. Sandwich was yummy even though i didn't realize I had to ask for it buttered. Didn't take pics from this location. Very convenient location to trail riders as we came off from an ATV ride. Staff were friendly and service was fast.

Very often I get coffee instead of tea. Today when I went to get it fixed whoever was taking orders forgot to turn off their mic and remarked that I was 'very mad' when in reality I was far from the speaker and had to yell. I said I appreciate that very much and did not receive an apology. I usually go to this Tim Hortons because the Dowling one is so bad. Thank you for the Easter experience

-5 star. Several times now I go in the morning and I get the same miserable lady. She gives you a huge amount of attitude, cuts you off while your talking at the drive through speaker, very ignorant. She misses 1/2 your order after you repeated it 5 times to her.Will not be returning there thats for sure. Absolutely ignorant

This Tim Horton’s has always been good, but I have to say that the team has really raised the bar. The drive thru is fast, the restaurant is immaculate, and the team is accurate and friendly. The recent renovations look excellent as well. The Azilda location nearby is still undoubtedly one of the best Tim Horton’s in the country, but Chelmsford is quickly becoming a close second. Kudos to the staff for their hard work, you really get the day off to a great start.
