Equipment was good but they tried to double charge for the same rental. I already paid for the item upon return, and then a couple weeks later my client received an invoice for it too.

I booked a post hole digger 10 from Stevenson Oakville. Went to pick it up- no 10 inch auger -so I had to take a 8" . Turns out the auger had a broken blade consequently it was a challenge to get through my clay footings and it was impossible to get a 3' foot depth - when it was returned we told we should have been given an extension.A very frustrating experience and I'm left with a manual digging to complete the task.The only good news I was given a price reduction - but was is 30 or so dollars when i will spend another day or so fixing the short falls.I definitely wont be back - fortunately there are other options.A touch lesson learned."

Booked a ride on sweeper ahead of time for a very important and large job. They call me one business day before hand to say they have no sweeper for me. Now I have to scramble to try and find another one when everything is booked. You’d think they would keep an extra just in case of mechanical breakdown so that people don’t get put in these situation. But no they don’t.

Equipment was fine, staff aren't as helpful as at other locations.
