I am the type of person who is skeptical about phone repairs, especially when it is from a third party. My 3 yr old Note 10+ was perfect despite its age but had few issues; hence, I took my chances and went for a repair with 3C. First of all Neo is amazing guy, he will stand by his work and parts. This shop is very trustworthy, even if you run into an issue after repair Neo will surely help you out no matter what. Glad I took my business to them!!!

Low price, great serviceHighly recommend this store. Came here twice so far, both instances for accidental damage. Prices are a great deal. It took about 30 min for a $90 screen replacement for an iPhone 11, with a free screen protector.

Neo the best! This store the best! I have gotten other repairs before but they all were poorly repaired! He helped me fix my iPhone X screen in under 30minutes super helpful and will be returning for any or future repairs!

Fixed iPhone X screen in under 30mins and also threw in a free screen protector.Neo is very helpful and efficient. Products come with warranty as well. I would definitely recommend this place

There are so many phone/computer repair shops inside Pac Mall but I chose 3C Easy due to their stellar reviews. Brought in my child’s iPad that had a cracked screen and they replaced the broken screen within the hour, as promised. iPad looks and works as new and my kid is super happy to have her iPad back. Very happy with their reliable service and will be bringing in my other iPad that isn’t working properly. Can recommend this repair shop.

Changed the battery for my iPhone X about a month ago. Now the battery life is down to 82% it’s just passed one month. Not recommended.

Went here for a S10 Plus screen repair. The person did a diagnostic and informed me screen has to be replaced. Once we replaced it, I forgot my screen unlock code pattern. So he asked me to go home and connect my phone to wifi or insert a Data sim into the phone. I tried the latter and was able go remote unlock my Samsung online via findmyphone from Samsung website. On top of this the person even threw in a free case when I expressed concern over my clumsiness.tldr: EXTREAMLY PROFESIONAL, QUALITY RELIABLE AND CARING
