Pet Planet Aspen Landing
The store has a warm family feeling and Mike knows so many customers and animals by name. I always feel very welcome when I am in the store. They have so many varieties of products and are also willing to custom order if I can't find exactly what I am looking for. Mike is very knowledgeable about the food types and really understands the specific animal's needs. I am always looking forward to the new products that are coming in every month. Great job everyone!

I'm rarely in Aspen, but thought I'd stop in the store while I waited for a friend to meet me for lunch. I cannot believe how amazing the customer service is! It was quite busy, but I was still acknowledged the moment I walked in the door and was assisted shortly thereafter. The individual who helped me asked a ton of questions about my dog, prior to making recommendations. He gave me many different options at different prices, which was very much appreciated. Best service and selection I've encountered at a pet store so far. Worth the drive for me to see the knowledgable staff!

Owner is great, staff is nice. Only complaint is they often don’t have the size or kind in the brand of dog food I buy so i find i often compromise on quantities (and have had to go elsewhere).

I’ve been coming in for awhile now even though I live in downtown, customer service is the reason I’m keep coming back to this store/location. Unfortunately I didn’t ask her name but one of the employees helped me out and also gave a small sample bag to try for my dog. Thank you so much for your help today amazing lady!!!P.S. Amazing pet plant store in Calgary!

The owner and staff are all really nice. They love animals and it shows. They also care enough to remember their regular customers. Great selection. You can bring your (reasonably well-behaved) pups in for a visit. A very warm and welcoming pet supply store!
