What a great experience I had. Patty is an expert at understanding what women need to regain their confidence and identity as well as being an expert in her craft. If I could add 5 more stars, I would. She has changed how I feel about myself. I am forever grateful.

I love working with Patti and Sasha from Xpose Beauty. They are always so welcoming and fun to be with. The salon is gorgeous! They are so meticulous with their work, and every client who leaves looks fabulous. Its such a good energy and I look forward to working with them again in the future! Would recommend for sure =)

I purchased hair extensions from this salon and did not have a great experience. I will admit that I am also at fault. I should have been more assertive and demanding answers to my questions when they were redirected. I will not make that mistake again.The owner, Patti, took advantage of my lack of knowledge of hair extensions and over-charged me for the hair. She asked me how much I thought the price should be, not what it actually was - then charged me accordingly.I asked her specifically how she determined the total cost for the service and she was not able to provide this information immediately.The numbers she did give me later on did not add up correctly.If I asked her any direct questions about the hair itself, amount or cost - I would get an aggressive response. I once asked her what she did with the remaining hair from the pack that I purchased and I felt like I was being attacked. She then opened a drawer and showed me other hair that was left over but said all of mine was used.Also, this may not be important to everyone but I think that it is worth mentioning. The salon is located in a less than ideal" area of the city.I would recommend locking your vehicle at all times and do not bring any valuables with you to your appointment.I would not recommend this salon to other potential clients.You will be better taken care of elsewhere."

Patti is a life changer. I've experienced hair loss for so long and have tried wigs and extensions for so long. But nothing is comparable to the root mesh system she has. This feels like my actual hair. I am so amazed that she was able to get something for me that was better than I could have even imagined. I told her my vision and she really understood it completely. I am absolutely in love with my new hair and am so grateful to have Patti in my life. If you're experiencing hair loss and are thinking about it, see if you can get a consultation with her. She really needs to see you and assess your hair loss, wants, measurements etc to give a quote or anything. So it's super worth going in for a consult. I am so happy that I actually took the time to write this review on one of the busiest days of my life (leaving for my wedding trip today).Anyways. Thank you so much Patti for all your hard work. What do you is so valued and appreciated.

I should have known better when I stopped in to ask a few questions without an appointment and got a huge lecture from the owner about not having one but alas I still chose to go with this place. I also should have known better when it took the owner 2 weeks just to return my calls and order my hair. She said it would take one month+ to get my hair pieces in because she said “they” had to dye it to my exact color specifications. The hair took over a month and then Covid happened. Even after Covid I had to push to get an appointment and ended up waiting weeks (even though I waited over a month and a half for returned phone calls and hair ordering). Now let’s talk about this perfect, time consuming color match. The root of the extension isn’t even CLOSE my hair color so when I part my hair down the back for braids, the extension roots look almost RED(ish) on my dark DARK brown roots.After my initial appointment, Patti insisted I book a follow up for 6-8 weeks out. The only appointment she would offer me didn’t work because it was less than two weeks out from a major surgery I already had scheduled. I explained that I wouldn’t be cleared to drive at that point and would likely still be ok bed rest. Patti was extremely rude and abrupt and told me that it wasn’t “all about me” and that I needed to work with her schedule too. THAT WAS THE ONLY OPTION SHE HAD FOR ME. Of course I had to reschedule days before my follow up for the EXACT reasons I warned her about above. Not only would she not reschedule my appointment, but when I became assertive and questioned her customer service practices, she told me she was with an client and would “call me back later”. That was over 3 weeks ago. I haven’t been able to reschedule my appointment or talk to the owner, Patti. I have left SEVERAL messages, 5 last week alone BEGGING her to refer me to someone else is she wasn’t willing to find the time to help me. At this point, 2 out of 3 rows of my extensions needs repair. One is nearly falling off the side of my head and I can not even get a simple call back from the owner.I paid her almost $800......EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS and not only can’t I get an appointment to have my hair fixed but I can’t even get an answer at the shop. It’s very clear to me now why she doesn’t accept calls from blocked numbers. She needs to be able to screen the clients who hold her to task on her horrendous customer service.I am now way past due for a follow up and am left with extensions needing repair. I am now scrambling to find a place that can fix my hair which will likely result in hefty bills on top of what I have already paid.If I could give this place a negative rating, I’d rate it -10 stars. Dealing with Patti has been nothing short of a nightmare. I’d go so far at this point to call her a thief. She stole my $800 and gave me a service that needs follow up in order to maintain but is refusing to do the follow up. If she spent half as much time tending to her clients as she does posting on social media, she might get better customer service reviews. BYERS PLEASE BE AWARE.

I've been going to Xpose Beauty for about 7 months now for my extensions. When I first went in to her salon to buy clip-ins, I was impressed by how bright and beautiful the salon is, but also how friendly and helpful both Sasha and Patty were. I eventually got sew-ins, and I go in about every 4-6 weeks to get them tightened. One set of hair lasts several months, plus Patty is great at explaining hair care. I recently became a brand ambassador, but the best part is that people don't know I have extensions because they look so natural!

I've been going to this place for a few years and i absolutely love Patti and her team. The hair, products, and atmosphere has always been top notch. If you're in the market for extensions, don't waste your time looking at any other place. I've done my research prior to going here, and let me tell you, Patti's knows HAIR, more than any other salon, stylist or extensionist that I've ever spoke to. She genuinely cares about her clients and provides the best options out there. I always look forward to going to my appointments and now with the new location & renovations, it feels like i'm just going to my ritzy girlfriends house, sipping on the best wine but in this case, you always leave feeling brand new, completely happy and amazing. Much gratitude to Patti!!!

I have been getting my hair done at this salon for over three years and I could not be happier. Patti demonstrates professionalism and expertise in all aspects of her business. She is passionate about her work and making sure you look your best. I love my time with both Patti and Sasha and would never consider going anywhere else. They both go above and beyond to make sure that my hair is perfect.

Patti at Xpose Beauty is absolutely AMAZING! She truly loves what she does and it shows in her beautiful work. All the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly ensure you are feeling comfortable and beautiful no matter your hair situation. As a long-time hair puller (Trichotillomania), it took a lot of courage to step into a hair salon not knowing if anything could be done to cover my thinning spots. But let me tell you that Patti worked wonders and gave me the full gorgeous head of hair I’ve never had and always dreamed of. No matter your hair situation Patti will help you feel your best! I am IN LOVE with my extensions and experiences at Xpose. I will definitely be coming here indefinitely to get my hair needs met!
