Charges by an hour, works very slowly. comes to few $$$ for a simplest of things.

I have used Jeff’s plumbing on a few jobs now and they are the plumber I trust with any plumbing issues we have. They are great to work with and would highly recommend them.

I'm a Realtor in Newmarket, Ontario and there have been times when I've needed a plumber really quickly. All I have to do is pick up the phone and call Nancy at Jeff Smith Plumbing and I know I'll get the help that my clients need. Steve Gillespie is usually the shining plumber knight that comes to save the day...and he works efficiently and with great skill. He is also a very caring person, so I know my clients will be treated well.I had to call Nancy with my own issue the other night. A leaking toilet was causing a rather alarming wet spot on my living room ceiling. It was 10 p.m. and Nancy handled the call with her usual professionalism and concern. Soon Steve was calling me to guide me through shutting off the water and calming my fears. The next day...not only did Steve solve the problem with the one toilet..he made sure the other two in my home were okay as well.Clearly...if you have a plumbing issue... these are the people to call. They are committed to extraordinary service at a reasonable price....and they really care.

Nancy is outstanding at her job . No matter how busy the guys are, Nancy always goes the extra mile to ensure the job gets done . She is so pleasant and customer focused. She is always friendly!! The plumbers are always just as awesome too!! Great service all around !! Highly recommend!!

We highly recommend this company. They were the only company that would give an aproximate estimate prior to attending our house. The plumber arrived as planned and completed everything and stayed for the town's water department to turn the water back on. They were much cheaper than the other bigger" companies. Very dependable and punctual. Friendly and helpful too."

Mark came to install a pedestal sink and a kitchen tap. He did an amazing job! He explained what he was doing and everything has been working superbly since then. He cleaned up when he was done, something that I haven't always experienced with plumbers. Nancy was also wonderful to deal with. I would not hesitate to call them again if I had any plumbing issues. Kudos!

I love Nancy, and Jeff, they have done a lot work in my house, Steve their employee is great too, they've made some errors installing new kitchen faucet, was leaking under my sink, Jeff fixed it. But I'm finding over the years lately I'm not getting the same service, calls not being returned, things they promised to fix like leaking toilet after two times of replacing parts not working, shower head no water pressure, I wish they would just acknowledge they're not following up

We did not have a good experience with this company. In particular the manners of the plumber sent to us. He was condescending and rude in our own home. I hope our condominium will be convinced to use more proffesional plumbers in the future.
