Very happy with my dress purchase for my niece’s wedding

Needed an outfit for an upcoming wedding. I decided on a gorgeous fancy 3 piece pantsuit. The didn’t have my size so the sales associate found my size elsewhere had it shipped to my home! I had it in 3 days! That was so awesome!! I got many compliments on my outfit and I felt so good in it!! Thank you!!!

Recently purchased daughter's graduation dress, sales woman was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Very unprofessional behavior. I bought a dress for my wife it was a bit tight on my wife but when I went to return it the manager lady was not happy and refused to take it back saying the dress didn't have the store’s tag on it. I remember very well that there was no tag on that dress except the price tag at the time of purchase, then after I argued a bit, she took it back. It was not a good experience and I don't think I will buy from this store again.

Just to let everyone know that was very disappointment My wife and I we been over 30 years customers from Laura in early spring I went to get a dress for my wife my wife she’s handicap he’s very ill and she cannot travel she’s in bed so I decided to go buy a dress because we were going to wedding for my niece was 10:15 in the morning I walked in the store was six women working there nobody said hi I went around and look around not even one person approach me to say can I help you or anything 2 fm walked in the store right way they were gr they ran right away and they start talking to them and ask them for help because I was a man I was totally ignored on my way out I made a comment I called the head office the head office post to look after my mater was ignored by them too they never dead as I don’t know what happened to society and the customer service is terrible so if you’re a man you’re trying to buy present for your wife don’t bother going to Laura you’ll be totally ignored very prejudiced store
