Parts people helped me out. Even when there was a problem with the order they were reasonable to talk to and made it right. I will return more often. Having a good parts department makes choosing a brand of equipment easier.

Called for parts numerous times and was told they were in stock when in fact they were not or I was sold the wrong part even when they had the serial #. I was also once told the part I was looking for was discontinued and when I went in next it was on display in the front. They had a photo of what I was after, no excuse for how poor the service has been here. Kudos to John Deere for making farmers lives even harder, way to be. Skip John Deere in Olds and go next door to Future Ag.

If you want your John Deere lawn tractor serviced or repaired this is the place to go. George is a magician, sent my filthy scratched up over used LA 125 to him and they brought it home looking brand new! Kudos also to Shawn (Sean?) for hauling her nicely! Big thanks to Madison for all her assistance!

It's a John Deere farm equipment, they sell and service equipment and have a good parts department, they lawn mower and small tractors and have a good toy selection. People are nice and friendly doesn't hurt to check prices there.

The Olds location has very knowledgeable and accommodating staff. They often have the parts I need on hand for my older mowers, and happily get in whatever I need. Lots to look at in the sales area, and a changing selection in the turf area as well.
