JOB WELL DONE!!!We hired Richard after meeting few well know architect in Mississauga and Oakville. He is not cheap :)) but you know you will have Richard desiging your house rather than someone in office. We provided Richard with our budget, our life style, what we need and what have in our minds. After the interview he came up with the concept design. He build a 3 D model that we could walk in and see what we like or don't like. From there he made changes to his concept build to suit our needs. Each step of the way he made sure we are happy and got what we we're looking for also he educated us in a lot of things. Getting building permit is NOT a easy task thank you to Richard he satisfied City with all technical answer. Our house have started we are happy that we made good choice by having Richard designed our house.ThanksSS
