I Booked a last minute with Jodi, pleased with the results and the service.I was greeted, directed to the waiting area then checked in and seen within 5 mins.I brought a few pictures showing my desired look, taking my hair type into consideration.Got a shampoo, cut/style and blowout and I was asked multiple times throughout the appointment if the length was suitable for my taste.If you have a problem with this salon, you maybe should have been clear with what you wanted prior and during the visit..., I had no issues and I’ll be back!The ONLY thing, I would have liked to see cleaner mirrors and sinks, just to make it that much nicer, and offered a glass of water. Other than that- great!

Got about a foot in length of hair cut off, and Cassie coloured, trimmed and styled the rest. Was booked for only a quick one colour session, but she made sure that I got what I wanted with more than one colour,(tone on top), and cut in a way that I love it! She made sure to note everything I got done so that should I want to, I can go back and just get touch ups easily. Took about 4 hours, but with with amount of hair and even her being quick with another while my dye was setting in, I'm highly recommending this place and her to any I know!

I had accidentally booked my hair appointment at the chatters in Winnipeg, it was the day of my wedding I showed up for my appointment and there was none on the books. They moved everything around and got me in, and still did my hair for the appointment time that I thought I had. If it wasn't for chatters and they're amazing team my day would not have been special as it was.Thank you so much for your efforts and your kindness!!

I would not recommend this place. No one greets you when you come in, the last time I was there (a few days ago) boxes of stock were everywhere in the store, piled in unsafe ways. Also, I took my daughter there for a haircut and despite showing four pictures of a cut that had NO SHAVING at all, the lady who cut her hair kept saying it was an undercut. I was very worried about letting her cut my daughter's hair because no, the pictures had no undercuts, and she should have realized that. The haircut did turn out in the end but I shouldn't have had to go to those extreme lengths to make sure it did. Also, she was dressed slobbishly and her hair was swept up into the messiest updo I've ever seen. No polish, no poise.

I went to this Salon for the first time, and really happy with the services. I got an appointment in two hours right after i call them. My hair dresser was Cassie. She did terrific job with my hairs. I wanted something new with my hairs and i explained her and she did exactly same which i was looking for, she also made sure that we both are in same page before she does anything. I never experienced other dressers as this was my first time but I can surely tell they are talented too. I enjoyed their service and its going to be my permanent Salon from now onwards.

I love Blaze. I don't have an easy head of hair to deal with on a good day, but she handles it with skill and understanding.The shop is clean and professional, it's always a pleasure to come and and spend time with the fabulous staff.
