Mathieu assisted me with my iPhone repair. He was courteous and knowledgeable. The service was excellent both times I went to the store. The staff was welcoming. What a great experience! I recommend you visit them for any computer issues you are having!

MacBook is under warranty but MCB tried to charge me 90$ to check" if they can do anything. I refused and have to live with my glitchy laptop now. Don't waste your time unless you live in Blainville"

Spectaculary awsome service. My Iphone was not connecting to my service supplier apparently due to some kind of faulty update from Apple. I was getting nowhere with apple and Mathieu at MCB not only answered his phone hours before the store was open, but also whent way out of his way once we met up at the store. In the end, he had to send me to Apple anyways, didnt get paid in any way for his time (nearly 2 hours in all), and continued to help me out once he realised this was going to happen.Great service.I will enthesiastically refer him to anyone and everyone.

Rude, dishonest and incompetent!! Amazing that they are actually Apple Certified as their quality of service is the furthest away from Apple quality standards. If you need your computer repaired, go anywhere else or directly to the Apple Store. MCB Informatique will only take your money and return your computer with exactly the same issues. I rarely write reviews but take my advice and avoid this company at all costs!

I brought my computer in because it had an issue and the man who was helping us not only looked like he didn’t care but it was like we were wasting his time. He didn’t put a single effort in helping us. He ended up telling us there’s nothing he can do and gave us back the computer.

These guys were great... with everything going on these days, they were still able to repair my daughter's MacBook in 2 days so she was able to resume her schoolwork at home. Thank you Sebastien!

Not honest at all, I left my Macbook air to transfer all the files on an external hard disk and the person who was helping me didn't even bother to ask me if I had an icloud (I was a beginner in the apple product)He charged me 200$ to transfer my files and when I bought a new Macbook, I found all the files on it on my icloud for free. Very bad service.
