Unbelievably rude and disrespectful the second time around. Strongly recommend firing the dispatcher who just told me I was a waste of time accusing me of belligerence after having been giving amazing service by the first dispatcher, which encouraged me to save the number and promote the service. I’m sure the dispatcher in question is well aware of who they are, never in my life have I been spoken to like that

Worst driver ever. Dispatch said 10 minutes and she came in 25. I asked why it took her so long and she kicked me out of the cab. Then started filming me. She should never drive a cabThe next cab got a 100 dollar tip.
