If you're looking to party this is the place, the food the music and the lights were out of this world. overall such a good experience. if you want to try this type of karaoke I would visit here, facilities are all top notch, definitely coming again

Always wanted to check out this place and finally got the chance! It’s pricey (for two people only) but super fun. (Approx $38/hour on a WEDNESDAY. :0 The rooms are glam and come with ensuite bathroom (at least ours did). We’d only planned on staying for an hour but basically 3 hours later we’d closed down the joint at 3am lol. They serve simple bar drinks (rum and coke, vodka soda, etc) in pint glasses at super reasonable prices. There’s food too. (Didn’t eat any) The prices are anyones guess from $20 pitchers of beer to thousands of dollars for a fancy bottle of who-knows-what. Not being Asian, working the karaoke system was a bit of a learning curve but we found searching by musicians name was key!! The lighting and ambiance is great. Service is pretty friendly. You just push a button in the room and someone comes to take your order. I’d go back under the right circumstances. I have some songs to practice anyways…

Vocal is one of my go-to karaoke in town. It’s nice and clean. I recommend it for a girls night out, birthday parties and business events!!!

My friend had a birthday party here. The place is nicely decorated. Service is good. We had a great time. Definitely will be back.

This place scams for money. The bill/receipt displays $852 and clearly says gratuity 15% included. The bartender scammed us to say tips not included and that we need to pay for more. Very hostile. unless we pay

Warning - Double Tipping - Don't Come hereIf you unfortunately end up at this location; read your bill VERY carefully. As other reviews already indicate; your bill includes gratuity (AKA Tips) of 15% already.YET, at the bottom they will indicate you need to pay ADDITIONAL tips (10%/15%/20%) because their owner does not give them the already paid tips. This is clear violation of ESA Ontario... and a devastating negative experience to consumers.I will never set foot in here again.Anyway in conclusion; don't come here if you want to be scammed.
