El Monte RV Rentals

Great experience renting from El Monte in Ferndale. The RV was practically new with 4,000 miles. Very clean, still has new smell, operated great going to eastern WA. Friendly and helpful staff!

We’ve rented from El Monte a few times now and we’d highly recommend them. They’re very straightforward about the process and the RVs are new, clean and everything works. They even have a site where you can relocate RVs in the winter and spring for a fraction of the normal rental cost. Definitely recommend renting an RV from El Monte.

This is the second time I've rented from El Monte RV. Their customer service is top notch! I missed their email that I needed to make an appointment (due to Covid) to check out the RV. I showed up at 9am (when they opened) and even though I didn't have an appointment, they bent over backwards to fit me in and get me on the road quickly! The check out process was fast; they were very detailed in going over the vehicle. They even found some tiny damage that I missed but they were sure to mark it down on the sheet so I wouldn't get dinged for it. The RV's are clean and in great shape. My family had a wonderful time camping in this RV.Check in was also super fast and easy. In and out in a flash. I would definitely rent from them again!

The manager, Kathrin, was incredibly helpful in ensuring that my trip went off without a hitch. She offered thoughtful suggestions before I left and when something was accidentally broken during the trip, she offered sympathetic words and helped me navigate the replacement cost for the part in a kind and respectful manner. This is my second year renting from El Monte RV in Ferndale, WA, and I am already planning to rent again from them next year.

The staff was super kind, also gave us a ride to the nearby airport to return the regular car. The place is pretty far from Seattle, about an hour, but suitable for Vancouver arrivals.RV itself was older than I expected, with 42,000 miles on it, plenty of wear and tear, heating in the bedroom didn't work, slideout had an issue that required technical support. However, tech support did a great job.Bottom line, a great experience

What an amazing experience! We were going horse camping with friends and then at the last minute were going to have to cancel due to the temps climbing into the 90’s and the severe wild fire smoke in the air...El Monte RV came to the rescue! They had one RV left and were willing to prep it on a the spot and we came by just a couple hours later to get it. The RV was a mid size 2022 model...it was gorgeous! I have never had an RV before...just an old Airstream...needless to say it was quite a luxurious upgrade. Sure made the trip! The kids enjoyed themselves in the AC most the day but got plenty of outdoor play time in the evening. I cannot wait to plan a trip, this time solely to take the RV on an adventure! Wonderful customer service, lovely experience for sure!

We loved the trip in a RV. We brought it back to the rental office in Ferndale and Catherine helped us very well. She brought us to Vancouver to our airport hotel. Everything went very smoothly!!

Our experience renting from El Monte was fantastic! Kathrin was great at communicating ahead of time, both about answering some questions we had as well as giving us a heads up of documentation we needed to provide. The pickup experience was relatively seamless and after going through the RV together, we felt extremely confident once on the road and once we reached our destination. We also had a bit of a unique dropoff situation and our needs were accommodated which made our lives SO much easier. 100% will book again!

We absolutely loved the RV we rented for a week from ElMonte RV! Spent time on the coast and near Mt. Saint Helens and the RV had every amenity we could possibly want! We had a small, unfortunate accident with the sink and the staff at ElMonte RV in Ferndale, WA were super nice about it! Excited to rent from them again.

El Monte made the trip of a lifetime possible. The RV was amazing and the pick up and check out process was so easy and pleasant. The gal that runs the front made the experience smooth and she was so kind.Thank you El Monte!
