Got a coffee with sugar.... I never ever order coffee with sugar... Very upset. Just started to drink it at work, and I cannot come back for replacement now. Now I have to drink coffee I don't like.

The store the last two times we have been their has been an abslolute mess .. to much priority given to drive thru average wait time is ten to fifteen minutes at this location .. when orders are wrong , burnt etc staff argues with you… will not go back to this location also dont see many employees washin hands or wearing hair nets.. i do not recommend this location at all very poor customer service

I ordered food over 42$ through drive-thru..2 wraps, wedges, savoury pastry and some other stuff…wedges and pastry were soggy…cilantro lime chicken wrap seemed stale that tasted ridiculous awful..overall drinks were okay but the food was not fresh…please guys don’t play with the health of people by giving them stale food. Thank you

Actually a good place for a Tim Hortons. I said about 9 ish years ago, that there needs to be a coffee shop here. Well now look, 1 is up. Place is clean for the most part usually, decently busy, friendly staff.

Overall staff seems nice but today one of the lady at front of the house, she took my order wrong and when I went to exchange it, she started arguing with me at very loud voice rudely. She said that “I am wrong”, she gave me the correct order; which it wasn’t. She also said if the order was wrong why did you took 1 bite of it; which I wasn’t paying attention until I ate it. The time was 13:10/13:15. I’d like management to take action.

Love Tim’s! Very affordable and this specific branch is ok! They’re fast but sometimes forget to put anything in the bag (like in Albert st. branch) so make sure to check you got everything before leaving. The staff are nice! The drive through is very fast and convenient (just make sure you got everything before Driving away)!

Just went thru drive thru..ordered the classic belt...gave me wrong order..some breakfast sandwich on a bisquit...Thanks for ruining lunch...no time to go back. Of course paid more for what I ordered.

Served me an iced coffee in a dirty/used cup that had dried milk all over the inside of the cup. Was hung up on when I called about the issue, called back a second time and was told a manager would reach out to me which never happened. Terrible quality.

Never have I ever had a bad Tim’s experience, until now. I was there yesterday. I ordered a bagel belt amongst other things and drove off to go see a movie. While driving I found there was no egg in my belt. An ingredient that’s literally in the name. I tried over 10 times to call and speak with someone about this only to keep getting the answering machine. Since I was now at the movie theatre I decided to leave a very detailed message. I was neither mean, belligerent, or vulgar but I did very clearly express my discontent. I have yet to hear back from them with regard to this matter. So if you are going through drive through please be sure to thoroughly check your items as you may be missing a crucial component.Sincerely discontent.
